About Riddlepad
Printable puzzles for kids, parents, and teachers.
Why?
Riddlepad exists because every free puzzle generator out there looks like it stopped in 2010 — ugly PDFs, ads everywhere, almost no control over the output. We wanted something simple, polished, and free. No accounts, no watermarks, no limits.
Who is it for?
Mostly parents (quick PDF for a trip or rainy afternoon), teachers (lesson materials, answer keys), and kids 10-15 (generating their own fun). Younger kids can use the simpler options (4×4 sudoku, easy maze) too — with an adult's help.
Under the hood
Everything runs in your browser. Algorithms in plain TypeScript, PDF via react-pdf. Polish diacritics throughout. Deterministic seed — share-link recreates the exact same puzzle. The code is open source and actively developed.
Free and accountless
Riddlepad has no signup, no payment, no ads (for now). If teacher-focused extras arrive later (batch generation, class folders), they will be optional — whatever works today will keep being free.
